What Does an Outsourced SDR Operation Cost?

There is no responsible universal price for an outsourced SDR operation. Cost follows the commercial requirement and the capacity, management, systems, and learning work needed to meet it.

Price the operation you need

There is no responsible universal price for an outsourced SDR operation. Cost follows the commercial requirement and the capacity, management, systems, and learning work needed to meet it. Begin with the revenue and qualified-pipeline requirement, then work backward through typical deal value, close rate, meeting qualification, audience size, and the activity required to create enough real conversations.

The number and experience of dedicated reps, daily management and coaching capacity, account and contact data, calling/email/CRM/reporting systems, market and message complexity, and time-zone/language/coverage requirements all shape the fee.

Account for launch and learning

The first phase includes operating design, access, data standards, messaging, workflows, qualification, handoff, training, and initial market tests. A low sticker price can become expensive when these responsibilities are omitted or pushed back to your team.

Use total cost, not the headline fee

Compare the partner fee with every required supporting cost and the internal time your company must still provide. Also define which expenses can change as volume changes. The useful question is not “What is the cheapest SDR?” It is “What will it cost to build and run the operation responsibly?”

Separate turnover from a scope change

Ordinary rep replacement should not be confused with a larger operating requirement. Within an agreed InboundOps scope, replacement hiring and training are included. The recurring fee changes when team size, coverage, tools, workflows, management, or support requirements change. Define the included team and coverage, confirm replacement responsibility before launch, and document which operating changes can change the fee.

Connect cost to a requirement

Use the outbound calculator to estimate the customers, qualified opportunities, meetings, and pipeline behind your goal. It is a planning model, not a quote or forecast. In a working conversation, those assumptions can become an operating scope.
