Frequently asked
Understand the operation before the call.
Clear answers about what InboundOps runs, what your team provides, how the operation launches, and how scope is determined.
01 · Can you train our existing SDR or BDR team?
Yes. Each rep receives ongoing weekly individual coaching, call reviews, reporting, and framework testing. Bring your existing team or add reps we recruit.
02 · What if we need reps?
Our managed SDR and BDR teams are dedicated members of InboundOps, assigned to your business. We source and hire them in Mexico and own daily management, accountability, and coaching. Full-time and part-time options have pricing based on hours, team size, and coverage. We confirm the complete proposal before starting.
03 · Can inbound and outbound operate separately?
Yes. Start with inbound, outbound, or both. Training reflects the work: responding to inquiries and preparing handoffs, or starting conversations through calls, emails, and follow-up. Relevant learning is shared with its buyer and channel context.
04 · What does our team need to provide?
A defined offer, product and buyer knowledge, access to relevant calls and systems, and salespeople ready to advance opportunities. We agree on day-to-day responsibilities before starting; training covers coaching, reviews, reporting, and framework testing.
05 · How quickly can we start?
Timing depends on access to calls and systems, product complexity, the existing team, and any recruiting needed. We agree on the setup steps, owners, and launch timing after discussing your business.
06 · Will this work with our current CRM and sales tools?
We review your current tools and how calls, outcomes, and handoffs are recorded. We confirm the software setup, costs, and any changes needed before starting.
07 · How do you measure performance?
We review outcomes at each call stage alongside the conversations, audience, and sample size. A confirmed booking is success for the booking stage. Attendance, accepted opportunities, pipeline, and closed business are tracked separately so we can connect coaching to what happens after the call.
08 · What information accompanies a meeting?
The handoff records what needs to change, how involved the prospect is with the current solution, what they know about their situation, relevant product questions, and the agreed next step. Qualification and sales acceptance are agreed for your offer; a booking alone is not an accepted opportunity.
09 · What happens if a recruited rep leaves?
Replacement hiring and training follow the agreed staffing scope. We retain the coaching guidance, buyer context, and call examples so the next rep can build on the learning. Existing-team training does not automatically include recruiting or replacement.
10 · What commitment and usage charges should we expect?
Training prices are monthly billing amounts. We confirm the commitment, cancellation terms, calling and processing charges, and any staffing incentives before you start. Usage varies with actual calling and processing; dial count alone does not determine the bill.
11 · Who is a good fit?
Teams with a defined commercial offer, identifiable buyers, useful sales next steps, and the product knowledge and sales support to act on opportunities. We assess your situation before agreeing on training or staffing. We do not take on government, education, fundraising, or non-sales outreach.
What does your team need to improve?
Tell us where conversations stall, what your reps need help with, or whether you need people to run the outreach. We'll talk through your business and whether InboundOps is a fit.
