Review the calls. Coach the next step.
We start with your offer, buyers, and calls. Your existing reps — or reps we recruit — receive individual coaching, practice, and feedback every week.
A clear plan for building the operation.
First, we find the constraint. Then we agree on the training plan and any staffing requirements.
- STEP / 01
Diagnose the constraint
Find where leads stall or where new pipeline needs to come from.
- STEP / 02
Design the motion
Choose inbound, outbound, or both. Agree on who owns each step and how success will be measured.
- STEP / 03
Prepare the reps
With your existing team, review calls and establish a baseline. If you need reps, recruit and prepare them on your offer, buyers, and handoff.
- STEP / 04
Coach and review
Begin weekly individual coaching, call reviews, reporting, and framework testing. Revisit the changes in later calls.
Agree on the work before it starts.
We define coaching, system access, reporting, and handoff responsibilities together. For recruited reps, InboundOps owns daily activity management and accountability. Coverage and replacement terms are agreed before starting.
Your team provides product knowledge and the salespeople who advance opportunities. Your weekly review connects the call-stage results, coaching focus, and next test.
Learn. Adjust. Raise the bar.
As reps put the coaching into practice, real conversations show us what to keep, what to change, and what to practice next.
01 · What we review
Potentially interested prospects aren't engaging. Reps leave without understanding what mattered to the buyer or what didn't resonate. Call-stage results help us find the conversations to review.
02 · What we coach
Ask open-ended questions that invite prospects to explain their priorities and concerns. Use their answers to guide the conversation.
03 · Keep learning
After a few objections, if someone clearly won't book, shift from selling to learning. Ask what did and didn't resonate. Rejecting a cold call does not necessarily mean poor fit.
04 · Practice
Bring the feedback into call reviews and one-to-one coaching. Refine the questions, messaging, and approach. Practice role-plays for future conversations.
05 · Review again
Review later calls for how reps use the questions and how prospects respond. Compare audience, conditions, and sample size before retaining a lesson or choosing another test.
Illustrative example, not a client result.
What does your team need to improve?
Tell us where conversations stall, what your reps need help with, or whether you need people to run the outreach. We'll talk through your business and whether InboundOps is a fit.
