InboundOps LLC may use information to respond to your request, deliver requested resources and related follow-up, understand your business needs, determine whether our services may be a fit, schedule and manage meetings, operate and improve the website, protect the website, and maintain our business records. We may contact you about the inquiry or service you requested. We do not use the website form to obtain consent for automated marketing calls or text messages.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, including pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions with consultation and scheduling features. Forms, email, and scheduling
Information submitted through the website may be stored in our CRM. Mutual Action Plan requests are stored with their delivery consent and sent through Resend as a single requested email; they do not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated follow-up sequence. Other lead-magnet requests may also be stored in listmonk as our subscriber and consent record, provided to Resend to deliver the requested resource, and provided to Instantly for the related email sequence. If you continue to scheduling, the information needed to arrange the meeting is also provided to Calendly. Each lead-magnet email sequence includes a visible unsubscribe link.
When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to providers that help us operate the website, deliver email, manage inquiries, schedule meetings, maintain security, or support ordinary business operations.
