Service Provision and Limitations

InboundOps provides managed inbound lead coverage, outbound cold calling and cold emailing, including training, coaching, and accountability for the reps delivering our service. Coverage hours and the scope of an engagement are agreed separately. We aim to respond to new inbound leads in less than two minutes during your coverage hours; this is an operational target, not a guaranteed response time for every lead or a promise about website call-request follow-up. While we strive to deliver the highest quality insights and strategies, we do not guarantee specific financial results, conversion rates, or business outcomes. The success of any sales motion depends heavily on your product, market conditions, and execution. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

Website call requests

Submitting the website form asks our team to contact you and arrange a call. It does not book an appointment, start a paid engagement, or confirm coverage. Any service scope, coverage schedule, pricing, and engagement terms are agreed separately. Information submitted through the form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InboundOps LLC and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, coaching frameworks, calculators, and materials provided by InboundOps remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may use these materials for your internal business operations during your engagement with us, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary frameworks without explicit written permission.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
