Information we collect
When you request a call, we collect your first and last name, email address, US phone number, and the business details you enter. We also record the submission time, the page and form used, and campaign information included in the page address, such as source, medium, campaign, term, and content. We may collect information you send by email or provide in a later business conversation. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details, or sensitive customer records in the website form.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, request processing, and the database supporting our CRM. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your request, understand your business needs, determine whether our services may fit, arrange a call, maintain inquiry and business records, and operate and protect the website. Campaign information helps us identify how an inquiry reached us. We may contact you about the inquiry or service you requested. This form does not obtain consent for automated marketing calls or text messages, and submitting it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Calculator entries
Calculator entries are kept in this browser tab so you can switch between calculators and return to your assumptions. We do not send these entries to our CRM or include them in a call request. The estimates use the numbers you enter and are not measured results or guarantees.
Our CRM and email notifications
Call requests are stored in the InboundOps CRM so our team can review and follow up. When notification delivery is enabled, request details are sent through Resend to the team recipients designated by InboundOps. These notifications may include your name, contact details, business message, and information about the request's source. We retain the inquiry and its notification delivery record in the CRM.
Our team contacts you to arrange a call. The website form does not book an appointment through an external scheduling service.
Website analytics and advertising
Optional website measurement runs only after you choose the relevant cookies. Analytics enables Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity; advertising enables Meta Pixel. Google processes page addresses, referral information, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and website interactions. Analytics key events may be shared with our linked Google Ads account to measure advertising performance. Meta processes page views, saved-request events, page addresses, referral information, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers for advertising measurement. Clarity records page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation so we can improve the website; recordings do not use your camera or microphone. We mask the call request form and calculator areas. Our lead measurement events are sent only after the CRM confirms a saved call request. They do not include your name, email address, phone number, or business message. Meta receives an anonymous request identifier to prevent duplicate counting. We keep your cookie preferences in essential browser storage for up to 180 days. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choices at any time. Turning tools off may reload the page and removes their accessible first-party cookies. We respect Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising cookies off. You can also manage cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google, Meta, and Microsoft process data under their own privacy policies. Blocking or declining these tools does not prevent you from requesting a call.
When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to our designated team members and providers that help us host the website, store and manage inquiries, deliver email, maintain security, or support ordinary business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction involving InboundOps LLC.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
