End User Licensing Agreement

This End User Licensing Agreement governs your access to and use of any proprietary software, digital tools, trackers, and coaching frameworks provided by InboundOps LLC. By accessing our tools, you agree to the conditions outlined below. This agreement is designed to protect our intellectual property while granting you the necessary rights to utilize our tools for your internal business growth.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, InboundOps LLC grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, and revocable license to access and use our digital tools and frameworks strictly for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute our tools to third parties.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying architecture of any InboundOps software or digital tools. Furthermore, you shall not use our tools to create a competing product or service. Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted herein.
Data Ownership and Usage
You retain all rights to the data you input into our tools. However, by using our tools, you grant InboundOps LLC a license to process and utilize this data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the services. We will never sell your proprietary sales data to third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All software and tools are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. InboundOps LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error free or operate without interruption.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InboundOps LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of this agreement or your misuse of the licensed tools. This provision ensures absolute legal protection against unlawful or unauthorized exploitation of our platform.
